Onboarding Timeline
- Overall Duration: Approximately one month.
Step-by-Step Process
- Application & Payment: Once we receive these, Mable will start creating your digital catalog.

Catalog Review: You'll get an invite to create your seller account and review your digital product catalog for data accuracy. Corrections can be made at this stage to avoid delays later on.

- Important: Inaccurate data post-review can lead to significant delays.
- Catalog Activation: After data verification, your catalog goes live on Mable's marketplace, making your products available to our SMB retailer base and moving forward with McLane integration.
- Data Sync with 1WorldSync: Essential for smooth integration into McLane's ordering systems.

Quality Assurance (QA) Test Case: You'll be asked to send a test case of your product for McLane's QA process to ensure it meets high standards.
- Ops Team Notification: Expect an email detailing which product to send for QA and when to send it.

Receiving McLane UINs: Upon successful QA and data sync, you'll be assigned Universal Item Numbers (UINs) for product promotion within McLane's ordering system.
- When your UINs are available, you'll be able to download them directly from the McLane Program Onboarding section of your seller portal
Next Steps
After completing these steps, your products will be live on Mable's marketplace and integrated into McLane's virtual warehouse, ensuring wide visibility and availability to potential buyers.
