There are two ways to drop ship orders through Mable. Mable will reimburse sellers for the cost of shipping regardless of method. Choose your method, and follow the corresponding steps below.
Method 1: Use the shipping carrier of your choice
Sellers can ship products through any carrier they choose for flexibility and simplicity.
- Create a tracking number through your usual process, using your desired carrier
- Log into the seller portal and click on orders on the top of the page
- Find the order and click on it’s shipped
- Enter the tracking number and shipping cost
- We’ll generate an invoice and reimburse you for the order and the cost of shipping via ACH or check
Method 2: Use Mable's shipping account
Sellers can use our shipping account. We have UPS and FedEx accounts, and we get a discount. If you'd like to use one of our accounts, click here and we'll email you details.
- Request shipping account information
- Create a UPS or FedEx tracking number for the shipment (be sure to request our account details)
- Log into the seller portal and click on orders on the top of the page
- Find the order and click on it’s shipped
- Enter the tracking number
- Enter 0 for the shipping cost
- We’ll generate a final invoice and reimburse you for the order via ACH or check
