Email Mable support (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please include photos of the damaged items and details on which items were damaged. We will respond to your claim within 1-2 business days. Any submissions received after 7 days post-delivery will not be replaced or refunded.
Please note: Only issues reported to Mable support will be processed. If you contact the brand outside of Mable, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Our policy only applies to products damaged because of insufficient packing and/or damaged during transit with the carrier. Mable cannot guarantee replacement or refund for spoiled, damaged, or lost items after delivery is complete.
