- Email email@example.com within 24 hours of your delivery date with
- A photo of your spoiled or damaged item
- A description of the issue
This response window is especially important during the summer season when food is at greater risk of spoilage. We appreciate your working with us to ensure these local, small-batch items are getting to you and into the hands of your customers as safely as possible.
