My order was canceled- what are my options?
We know this is a bummer, and we're sorry. Cancellations like this don't happen often – they typically occur when the brand is experiencing fulfillment issues.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If an order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel it you can message the brand directly or contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can pass a cancelation request on to the brand. We will do our best to assist, but once you have placed an order we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel it.
Can I return my order?
We cannot accept returns at this time.
