After you have been approved for UNFI Endless Aisle™ and submitted your setup payment you are ready to begin onboarding.
If you are new to the Mable platform you will receive an invitation link over email to create your Mable seller account in the few days following your payment. See more on creating your account here.
If you already have a Mable seller account you do not need to create a new one, and will receive an email with next steps for UNFI onboarding in the few days following your payment.
Once in your Mable seller portal, you will see the UNFI Endless Aisle Onboarding module at the top of your Home page. Click to get started, and follow the instructions carefully to complete each step.
Step 1: Complete the onboarding form
It is important that you provide as much information about your brand and your products as you are able to in order to optimize your product listings and enhance your brand page. Please also review the terms carefully, and save a copy to distribute to your team so they are prepared for order fulfillment.
Step 2: Mable builds your catalog
Step 3: Review your catalog and product data for accuracy
Once you have received an email from the Mable team that your catalog has been built, you will need to review all of your product data to confirm it is complete and correct. Please review each product in the Products tab in your Mable portal to make sure each required field is filled out and is fully accurate. Make sure each product is priced correctly at the relevant packaging level. For more on pricing see here.
You can also review all of your product data using the csv provided in step 3. If there are any changes you are not able to make in your Products tab or need help making, send your csv with clear updates to the Mable team for help using brands@meetmable.com. Once the Mable team confirms those changes have been made, you can redownload the csv to review and confirm.
Step 4: UNFI reviews your brand and product data
After your team has carefully reviewed all of your product data and confirmed it is correct, Mable will send your data to the UNFI Team for review. During this time, a member of the UNFI team will also reach out to collect the required supplier documentation that all Endless Aisle suppliers must submit for review and approval. **Please reference this document for the full list of document requirements.**
Step 5: Start Selling to UNFI Customers
Once both your products and documents have been approved by the UNFI Team, you will receive an email from Mable alerting you that you are now live on Endless Aisle and ready to receive orders!
