Here's how fulfilling Endless Aisle orders works:
- UNFI customers will order via the Endless Aisle site
- Those orders will be routed to you via your Mable Seller Portal, and you will receive a PO via email to all of your designated PO contacts. Orders from UNFI Endless Aisle will appear alongside your other POs under Orders in your Mable Seller Portal with a UNFI logo.
- Review the order and, if able to fulfill it, accept the PO and add tracking within 5 business days to avoid auto cancellation. If for any reason you are unable to fulfill the PO, please reach out to support@meetmable.com asap. Next, create a shipping label using either Ship with Mable, or on your own shipping accounts and add tracking and cost to the order in Mable
- Mable will pay you on net 30 payment terms.
Important notes:
Please fulfill these orders within 5 business days via UPS or FedEx, and include the UNFI packing slip in your shipment. Tracking needs to be added to the order to mark it as shipped within those 5 days, so make sure to do that before physically sending the order out.
Orders that have not been accepted with tracking added by 9pm EST on the fifth business day will be automatically cancelled (ex. a PO received on a Monday will cancel 9pm EST Friday). Once an order has been cancelled it cannot be uncancelled, if there is an issue with an order you must let the Mable team know before the cancellation date and time.
Please also note that Endless Aisle orders are not subject to any order minimums. UNFI and Mable do however cover all shipping costs for orders placed by UNFI retailers, so sellers will not cover any portion of shipping cost.
If your products are perishable, UNFI asks that you only ship orders out Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend delivery delays. Your shipping window on Mable will account for this, if you are a perishable brand you may get extra fulfillment time if needed to ensure your products can ship out on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Details on your shipping window will be displayed at the top of your order in your Mable portal.
UNFI handles customer invoicing. Do not send any invoices to the customer.
