Mable is rolling out a messaging platform that connects you with your retailers and makes it easy to discuss details about your orders and products. You can chat with retailers while on the Mable website, and you will receive email notifications for new messages you receive.
To turn on messaging and get connected to your retailers:
- Navigate to the Store Settings page from your vendor portal.
- Scroll down to the "Settings" section.
- Switch the "Enable messaging with retailers" setting to "Yes"
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
With the feature enabled, you will get connected to retailers after they place an order or you accept a sample request they've made. You can navigate to the Messages feature from the account icon in the top right of our website, or the mobile menu on the left if you are on a smaller screen. From there you can see all the conversations you have open. |
