How to receive & fulfill orders for Emerging Brands
For the most part, fulfilling McLane customer orders will be similar to how regular Mable drop ship orders are fulfilled today:
- McLane's customers will order via their McLane systems
- Those orders will be routed to you via the Mable Seller Portal
- Accept the PO and create a shipping label and/or enter the tracking number once your item has shipped
- We'll pay you on net 30 payment terms.

Please remember that McLane orders must be shipped within 2 business days. The cancellation date and time for an order will be clearly displayed on the email reminders you receive for the order, as well as in your Mable seller portal. You need to upload tracking information to an order before the cancellation date to prevent auto cancellation. Once an order has been auto cancelled it cannot be uncancelled. Orders from McLane customers will appear alongside your other POs under Orders in your Mable Seller Portal with a (McLane)in the customer name.
Please fulfill these orders within 2 business days via UPS or FedEx, and include the McLane packing slip in your shipment.
Orders that have not been accepted with tracking added by 9pm EST on the second business day will be automatically cancelled.
Please also note that McLane orders are not subject to any order minimums. McLane does however cover all shipping costs for orders placed by McLane retailers.
