What happens after my setup payment is received?

McLane has strict requirements for data quality and Mable’s goal is to set you up for success.

Onboarding Timeline

  • Overall Duration: Approximately one month.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Payment: Once we receive these, Mable will start onboarding your brand.
  2. Create Seller Account: You'll get an invite to create your seller account.
  3. Complete Onboarding Module: Onboarding modules for the distributor partnership you've joined will be located on the homepage of your seller portal.
  4. Submit Price Sheet: Provide all product data using our provided template. Our team will get started building your catalog.

  5. Catalog Build: Our team builds your product catalog using the price sheet you submitted.
  6. Catalog Review: You'll receive an email when your product catalog is ready for review. This is your chance to review all of your product data to ensure it's complete and accurate. If everything looks good, confirm your product data in the distributor onboarding module.
    • Important: Inaccurate data post-review can lead to significant delays.
  7. Data Sync with 1WorldSync: Essential for smooth integration into McLane's ordering systems.
  8. Quality Assurance (QA) Test Case: You'll be asked to send a test case of your product for McLane's QA process to ensure it meets high standards.
    • Ops Team Notification: Expect an email detailing which product to send for QA and when to send it.
  9. Receiving McLane UINs: Upon successful QA and data sync, you'll be assigned Universal Item Numbers (UINs) for product promotion within McLane's ordering system.

Next Steps

After completing these steps, your products will be live on Mable's marketplace and integrated into McLane's virtual warehouse, ensuring wide visibility and availability to potential buyers.
